Caldwell County Economic Development is conducting a wage and benefit survey and your input would be appreciated. We believe that local employee compensation data can assist in the hiring and retention of qualified, engaged individuals. This survey contains several data points including the average wage for various positions, benefits information, employment requirements and employee training and development programs. The survey includes common sections all participants will complete and specific questions based on your selected industry sector. Click the button below to start the survey.
