Caldwell County Economic Development is conducting a wage and benefit survey to capture the perspectives of a broad range of industries and service providers in Caldwell County. While the survey may not fully encompass the diversity of businesses in our community, the resultant report should reflect current compensation and benefit trends throughout Caldwell County.
“We believe that local employee compensation data can assist in the hiring and retention of qualified, engaged individuals,” said Jesse Trivette, Caldwell County Economic Development Coordinator. "This survey contains several data points, including the average wage by position, benefits information, employment requirements and employee training and development programs.”
